Earlier models of the iPhones like iPhone 2G ,iPhone 3GS ,iPhone 3G and few models of the iPhone 4 (1.59 modem Firmware) were unlockable using a third party software exploit ,everytime when you would upgrade to a newer vesion of the IOS the unlock would be lost, But a permanent unlock would never be lost even after a software upgrade or restore. However the models earlier than iPhone 4 can still be software unlocked with limitations.

What are the details I need to give for a permanent Unlock.
Ideally we need the Imei number and Model ( a seven digit number beginning with M).These can be located at settings > General > About ,If your iPhone is at the emergency call screen please type *#06# to see the imei number.

»  What are your Refund Policies ?
In case the iPhone is not Unlocked within the time period given at the time of imei submission by the provider to which the iPhone is locked we assure a complete refund of amount. We don’t offer refunds for Imei numbers that are blacklisted , reported lost or stolen or belong to phones that were not preactivated with the original sim cards and are not getting activated after unlock is done. We also do not offer a refund for imei number mismatch i.e. submitting the imei number from the sim tray that did belong to the iPhone to be unlocked or submitting the imei number from the box that does match with the imei number of the phone.

»  What does JAILBREAK MEAN and does it relate to unlocking ?
Apple places a protection on its IOS , developers have developed a small code that exploits this encryption this is called “Jailbreak”. Now that we have access to the IOS filesystem we can do various modifications to it like installing custom themes changing the way the IOS functions. If you notice icons like Cydia, Installous etc on your iPhone or iPad it means its Jailbroken. As we need to officially activate your iPhone with iTunes it is required that your iPhone should not be jailbroken or Activated using a third party software.

»  How do I Unlock/Activate my iPhone after your confirmation ?
Please power on your iPhone , if your iPhone is on the emergency call screen insert the indian sim card or the sim card you wish to use on the iPhone and connect with the latest version of iTunes Installed on PC or Mac that is connected to the Internet. You should see a activation message by itunes and Network should be visible on the iPhone. If your iPhone is already on the Home screen then its probably preactivated using the providers sim card to which it is locked or it is jailbroken.please go to settings General reset and choose reset network settings, your iPhone should restart and proceed with the activation process, if your iPhone is Jailbroken then you will have to deactivate the iPhone with the software that Jailbroke it.

»  I Have a iPhone 3GS and it does not unlock even after you confirmed the Unlock ?
This is not uncommon with iPhone 3G/3GS.Because these iPhones are Software Unlocked already they fail to activate , please contact us for further instructions.

»  When there is Permanent Unlock why is there a need for Gevey Sim ?
Some iPhones are reported lost or have blacklisted imei numbers due to failure of contract termination procedures or some carriers are too expensive to unlock ,take long time and don’t assure unlock. So we have taken this initiative to help our customers with gevey sim option . Gevey sim is NOT A PERMANENT UNLOCK SOLUTION.PLEASE DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR iPhone to the latest IOS if we gave you a gevey sim as unlock solution.please very careful in inserting and ejecting the sim tray if you have a gevey sim as improper ejecting may cause the gevey sim to damage. We do not provide any warranty on the gevey sim.

»  How do I pay ?
